Kenneth F. Haney General Superintendent UPCI
Kenneth F. Haney was elected as General Superintendent of the United Pentecostal Church International on October 10, 2001. Prior to that, he served as Pastor of Christian Life Center in Stockton, California for thirty years. On January 1, 2002, Reverend Haney and his wife, Joy Haney, moved to St. Louis, Missouri, to begin their new responsibilities.
The United Pentecostal Church International is the fastest growing Pentecostal movement in the world. There are 4,000,000 members in the United Pentecostal Church International, and more than 34,000 congregations throughout the world. Reverend Haney is the sixth person to hold the position of General Superintendent since its inception in 1945, and was the Assistant General Superintendent for six years prior to his election as General Superintendent. In addition, he served as the International Youth President of the UPCI from 1969 to 1972.
Kenneth Haney has been married to Joy McDonald Haney for over forty years. She is the author of many books and is an international speaker. They are the parents of five children and eight grandchildren. |
