Tom Foster
Senior Pastor, Dallas First Church

Tom Foster is a visionary and much sought after conference speaker.  He has been in ministry for over 30 years and has served in many different capacities on the local, district and national level. He currently serves as Church Growth Coordinator for the UPCI and as a UPCI Sunday School Director.

Reverend Foster received his Bachelors Degree from Northeast Louisiana University and his Masters Degree from Twin Cities University. He is the founder of Growth Strategies and the Closer Than Close Conference.  He has been the Pastor of Dallas First Church for nearly 25 years, where he has seen much growth and revival.

Tom and his wife Gayla along with their son Hayden, reside in the Dallas area. They are committed to the vision God has given them for this city and for spreading the gospel around the world.
 

Greg Godwin
Evangelist

Greg Godwin is the Evangelist Coordinator for the U.P.C.I. and has traveled extensively across the country and around the world as a premier evangelist.  He has served in the ministry for over 24 years and has been very influential in spreading the gospel. He is the Host Evangelist for the Closer Than Close Conference, He has served as On-site evangelist coordinator for the "Azusa 100 Year Celebration" for the U.P.C.I., and as Promotions Director for "America on Fire Ministries" with Mark W. Morgan.

Greg and his wife JoAnna along with their two children Gregory and Brooke reside in the Dallas area. His ministry base is at Dallas First Church with Pastor Tom Foster.
 

Kenneth F. Haney
General Superintendent UPCI

Kenneth F. Haney was elected as General Superintendent of the United Pentecostal Church International on October 10, 2001.  Prior to that, he served as Pastor of Christian Life Center in Stockton, California for thirty years. On January 1, 2002, Reverend Haney and his wife, Joy Haney, moved to St. Louis, Missouri, to begin their new responsibilities.

The United Pentecostal Church International is the fastest growing Pentecostal movement in the world. There are 4,000,000 members in the United Pentecostal Church International, and more than 34,000 congregations throughout the world. Reverend Haney is the sixth person to hold the position of General Superintendent since its inception in 1945, and was the Assistant General Superintendent for six years prior to his election as General Superintendent.  In addition, he served as the International Youth President of the UPCI from 1969 to 1972.

Kenneth Haney has been married to Joy McDonald Haney for over forty years. She is the author of many books and is an international speaker. They are the parents of five children and eight grandchildren.
 

Carlton Coon
General Home Missions Director UPCI

In October of 2004, Rev. Carlton L. Coon, Sr. became the General Director of the Home Missions Division of the United Pentecostal Church International.  Throughout the 28 years of fulltime ministry that he and his wife, Norma, have been involved, he has was an evangelist for about 7 years, and served as Pastor of Truth Tabernacle in Springfield, Missouri for 13 years. He has also started daughter works in the Springfield, MO area. 

Carlton has authored numerous books and resources for pastors, church leaders and church laity alike.  He has ministered in numerous conferences, youth camps, and seminars around the country. Carlton and Norma have two sons, Lane, who is married to Shelly Stewart of Georgia, and Chris.
 

Keith Smith
Catalyst Founder and Coordinator

Keith is the founder and coordinator of Catalyst Ministries. He currently oversees all of the assimilation processes for numerous conferences throughout the apostolic movement.  He has a strong passion for assisting churches across the nation in becoming soul-winning churches.  He has developed a proactive plan to successfully reach and retain lost souls and accomplish his mission.

Residing in Winnfield, Louisiana, Rev. Keith Smith has over fourteen years of ministry and pastoral experience and is currently the Senior Pastor of The Family Church.  He and his wife Daphne have been married for twenty-one years, and together they have two wonderful children, Lakin and Ethan.
